Due 1 week prior to any event at which alcohol and/or outside guests will be present

Notice of Recruitment Form
Due before any recruitment activities can occur

Notice of Intake Form
Due before any intake activities can occur

Verification of New Members Form
IFC/PHA Chapters - Due within 5 business days of bid acceptance

Verification of Aspirants Form
NPHC Chapters - Due immediately after interest meeting, before official process begins

Due 2 weeks in advance

SIL Event Registration Form
Used to reserve space for an event in the Quad, Library Breezeway, or Student Park/Amphitheater, or to reserve Milneburg Hall or Liberal Arts for a bake sale.
Due 1 week prior to activity/event
